Refunds and Returns

Blavia Skincare creates its product with much care and passion. If you are not 100% satisfied, have
changed your mind about the product(s) you have ordered, and decide you no longer wish to
use them, you can return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange under the following
conditions:

  • Product(s) should be unopened and in sellable condition
  • Product(s) must be sent back within 30 days of purchase
  • All returns and exchanges must include original receipt

Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.

Refunds will be processed exclusively to the original credit or debit card or Paypal account used
for the purchase; there are no cash refunds. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon
receipt of the returned products. Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for purchases made
directly on www.blaviaskincare.com. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made
for the goods purchased, excluding shipping, freight and any other relevant fees, including
customs or import fees, if any. Except for damaged or incorrect products received, you will be
responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges are not eligible for any past or ongoing promotions. Free gifts or promotional items with
retail value are not available for refund or exchanges.

For returns on order purchased at retail outlets, please consult with the retailer where you
purchased the product for their return and exchange policy. We are unable to accept returns or
exchanges of product unless it was purchased through www.blaviaskincare.com.

ALL RETURN PRODUCTS MUS INCLUDE A RMA NUMBER. PLEASE CONTACT US AT
INFO@BLAVIASKINCARE.COM TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE NUMBER AND RETURN ADDRESS

Incorrect Orders
If you have received an order from Blavia Skincare and it is incorrect, please email us at
info@blaviaskincare.com and include your Blavia Skincare order number, so that we can arrange
to have the correct product(s) sent to you and the incorrect product(s) returned to Blavia
Skincare.

Return Ship-To Addresses
If you received your order placed via www.blaviaskincare, and wish to return it to us in
accordance with the conditions listed above, please contact: info@blaviaskincare.com, we
would need to provide you with a RMA number that MUST be included in shipping label

Cancellations and Changes to Online Orders
Blavia Skincare will endeavor to arrange the dispatch of your order as soon as we receive it. If you
wish to cancel or make changes it, please email us at info@blaviaskincare.com as soon as
possible, including your Blavia Skincare order number. If your order is already under “processing”
status, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you receive the product(s), if you
still wish to change it, you would have to return it following the “return” conditions.

Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of Blavia Skincare and Blavia Skincare
reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive
and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.

Shipping Territory
We ship to all 50 US States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to any other
US territories

Delivery time and Charges per Order
Standard domestic shipping within the US: Most standard ground shipping orders arrive in 3-8
business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
However, remote destinations can take up a few extra business days. Standard shipping fee is
seven dollars and fifty cents (7.50) American dollars.

Expedite domestic shipping within the US: Most standard ground shipping orders arrive in 2-5
business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
However, remote destinations can take up a few extra business days. Expedite shipping fee is nine
dollars and ninety-five cents (9.95) American dollars.
Overnight domestic shipping within the US: Most standard ground shipping orders arrive in 1
business day, at the end of the day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and
shipping times. However, remote destinations can take up an extra business day. Overnight
shipping fee is forty-five dollars and fifty cents (45.50) American dollars.

Blavia Skincare will not be liable for any additional charges collected as a result of any import tax
which may be applied.

Shipping Couriers
We currently ship with DHL, Fedex, and UPS. We select the most convenient method depending
on your order.

Tracking your order online
Once your order has processed, you can track its status in My Account under Order History by
clicking “Track Order”. Additionally, you will receive an email (to the email address provided at the
time of purchase) with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by
the shipping courier.

Stock Availability
Occasionally, we experience short periods of stock being unavailable through our website. If one
of the items you would like to order is listed as out of stock, please return to our website and place
your order at a later date.

Liability of Blavia Skincare
Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Blavia Skincare will not
take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect
information entered on your order form.

Packages do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays:

  • December 29th – January 2nd
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Friday after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Blavia Skincare reserves the right to modify its return, refund and exchange policy at any time,
without notice.
